Owners Chef Robert and his wife Leslie have been a fan of Nye’s for a long time. As former Executive Chef at an exclusive Golf Club, knowing it would be a huge hit, Robert introduced Nye’s as a treat to the membership. With overwhelming positive response, they quickly become a fan favorite at special events, weddings, and at the Halfway Honor Bar. He was Nye’s first customer, ordering these handmade & delicious sandwiches for special events and weddings as well as a fan favorite at halfway house Honor Bar.

Long before ice cream sandwiches became a culinary trend, NYE’S has been pairing chef inspired artisan ice cream and homemade chewy cookies. In May 2010, all the ice cream sandwich combinations were dreamed up by Nye, who was obsessed with raising the bar (pun totally intended) on delicious food every day. We promised Chef Nye we would take good care of his brand and share it with everyone who loves his ice cream sandwiches as much as we do! Every Nye’s Cream Sandwich is hand scooped with premium homemade ice cream onto freshly baked cookies and every sandwich is assembled, wrapped, and packaged by hand at Nye’s.
