NYE’S CREAM SANDWICHES

$68 PER DOZEN (1-16 CASES) or $65 PER DOZEN (17+ CASES)

All sandwiches are crafted in small batches. Each cookie is spooned and baked with care, while the ice cream is spread into custom molds. Once the cookies cool and the ice cream sets, every sandwich is meticulously assembled, wrapped, and labeled — all by hand. They truly are artisanal ice cream sandwiches, each approximately 4 inches in diameter.

Feel free to jazz up your ice cream sandwiches with our signature Nye’s Cream labels at no extra cost, or get creative and personalize a design to complement your wedding or event theme! Check out sample label designs on our website, then shoot us an email with your preferred design, color choices, and any other customizations you might fancy. Want something totally unique? Send us a PDF of your desired image, and we’ll whip up a custom label just for you!

*Due to the additional time needed for customization, label designs and colors must be finalized no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date.

NYE’S CREAM PUSH CART*

$350 RENTAL FEE

To add some frosty flair to your special occasion, Nye’s Cream Sandwiches now offers an adorable vintage cream Push Cart, complete with an umbrella and chimes. The rental fee covers setup, breakdown, an attendant, and two hours of cart use. We’ll arrive 30 minutes before and stick around 30 minutes after your scheduled rental time to ensure everything runs smoothly. Need us to arrive a little earlier? No problem. Early setup is available for just $50. And if you’d like to keep the cart and attendant around for longer, it’s just an extra $75 per hour. Don’t forget, sandwiches are individually wrapped for your snacking pleasure!

ORDERING DETAILS

  • Placing the Order
    Once you’ve nailed down your selections, we’ll send over a completed proposal via email. Take a look and make sure all the information is correct; once we’ve got your non-refundable deposit (that’s 50% of the total bill), we’ll lock in your event date on our delivery schedule. Be sure to finalize your flavor choices and quantities at least 2 weeks before the big day. The finally payment’s due a week before the event kicks off. Easy peasy, lemon sorbet squeezy. Shipping and Delivery: Keep in mind that North Carolina sales taxes, packaging fees (for cooler and dry ice), local delivery fees, and/or FedEx/UPS shipping fees may apply. These charges will vary based on the size of your order and where your event is happening. But no worries, we'll crunch the numbers and give you the deets when you place your order. Serving Instructions: Your Nye’s Cream Sandwiches will roll up to your event in a cooler packed with dry ice, keeping those sandwiches frozen and fabulous throughout the whole shindig. Plus, we'll give your caterer the lowdown on the best way to dish 'em out. Just a heads up though: ice cream's gonna do its melting thing if it's not handled right. So, once we drop off and make our exit, we can't take responsibility for any ice cream mayhem. Enjoy responsibly
